2022 BMCC Fall Athletics Schedules Released
PENDLETON, Ore. - The official 2022 Blue Mountain Community College fall athletics schedules have been released and finalized. This fall, the BMCC volleyball, men's and women's soccer teams will enter their seasons looking to continue their momentum towards the Northwest Athletic Conference (NWAC) division titles and playoffs.
The volleyball team, led by fourth year head coach Ceanna Michalek (Larson), will look to take back the podium as one of the most successful volleyball programs in the NWAC in the last decade. The Timberwolves return six sophomores including Kenzie Williams (setter, La Grande, OR) who totals 385 assists, 6.02 assists per set, and 1.42 digs per set over her career at BMCC. The Timberwolves also return Emma Barclay (outside hitter, American Falls, ID) with 179 kills, 551 total attacks, and Madelline McClain (middle blocker, Boise, ID) with 45 kills, 12 blocks, and 13 block assists in her freshmen season. Returning as well to the court this fall is Gwynn Razo (outside hitter, Oaksdale, WA), Maysa Haws (defensive specialist, Nampa, ID), and Autumn Daggett (outside hitter, Union, OR).
BMCC volleyball also welcomes a wave of new freshmen eager to help push the Wolves further than ever before. Joining BMCC this fall is:

Kelsey Stewart - Weston-McEwen High School - Adams, OR
Grace Vertrees - Hermiston High School - Hermiston, OR
Kennedy Vogl - Broadwater High School - Townsend, MT

The men's soccer team, led by third year head coach Oscar Alegria, will look to repeat the success from the last two seasons as they finished first in the east division during the shortened COVID season in 2020-21, and in second place last season where they lost in the NWAC playoffs to Everett 5-4. The Timberwolves return third year midfielder Rogelio Ceja (midfielder, Ogden, UT) and William Dominguez (midfielder, Mattawa, WA). They also return Ily Perez (midfielder, Reno, NV), Coleman Solano (midfielder, Hermiston, OR), Alexis Leal (midfielder, Hermiston, OR), Joshua Farias (goalkeeper, Hermiston, OR), Ezequiel Mendez (defender, Hermiston, OR), Kameron Murdock (midfielder, Inkom, ID), Jesus Ruiz Alvarez (forward, Reno, NV), and Mac Bingham (defender, Menan, ID).
We are excited to welcome the next group of men's soccer student-athletes to the BMCC campus as they look to make their mark. Joining BMCC this fall is:

The women's soccer team, led by fifth year head coach Jordan Hillmick, are looking to break back out as they did during the 2020-21 COVID season where they finished a program best fourth in the NWAC east division. The women's soccer team returns a strong line-up, led by third year returner Aeryn Elder (goalkeeper, Chehalis, WA) and Jessica Macias (forward, Mattawa, WA) as they look to take the Timberwolves back to the top. Along with returning sophomores Hayleigh Michael (midfielder, La Pine, OR), Kylie Borchert (midfielder, Madras, OR), Maralyne Pacheco (forward, Hermiston, OR), Cinthya Diaz (midfielder, Boardman, OR), and Marissa Perez-Morris (defender, Carson City, NV).
